CLEIDIN Z. ATANOUS, ESQ.

          Cleidin Zoumalan Atanous, Esq. has been practicing law since 1997, specializing in insurance defense litigation, trials, and appeals. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering before attending Western State University College of Law, where he graduated salutatorian and summa cum laude in 1997. While in law school, he was the 1996 First Place Moot Court Champion, recipient of the McRaw Scholarship, Article Editor of Law Review, and a judicial clerk for Justice Sills at the California Court of Appeals, Fourth District.

         Prior to joining the legal arena, Mr. Atanous worked as an Engineer for Apple, Inc. In 2000, Mr. Atanous founded his own law practice, where he has built a reputation for handling high-exposure personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Atanous has handled over 80 jury trials and 70 appeals throughout his career. He has had several published appellate opinions. 

        Mr. Atanous specializes in personal injury cases and has extensive expertise in matters involving spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

          Mr. Atanous firmly believes that lawyers must uphold the highest ethical and moral standards and is deeply committed to providing effective, principled advocacy for his clients. He has built his career on a foundation of integrity, trust, and professionalism.

          Outside the courtroom, Mr. Atanous has been happily married for 38 years. His children are proudly following in his footsteps: his daughter, Chanel Atanous, is a 3L at UCLA School of Law, and his son, Rene Atanous, is a 2L at UCI School of Law.
